Holy Week at our parish.
You are warmly invited to walk with us through Holy Week, a sacred journey from the triumph of Palm Sunday to the joy of Resurrection Sunday. Throughout the week, members are encouraged to fast daily until 6:00 PM, dedicating time to prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal.

Palm Sunday
Congregational Procession: 9AM
Sunday Devotional Service: 10AM
We invite you to journey with us through Holy Week, beginning with our Palm Sunday celebration on April 13. The morning will start with a congregational procession at 9:00 AM, departing from the church premises as we remember Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. Upon return, we will continue in worship with our Palm Sunday service at 10:00 AM.
Come, wave your palm branches and lift your voices in praise
“Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!” Let’s walk together through the events of this sacred week, leading to the hope and joy of Resurrection Sunday.
Holy Monday
Holy Monday Service: 6PM
Join us this Holy Monday at 6PM for a meaningful service reflecting on Jesus’ bold stand for truth and purity as He cleansed the temple. His courage set the path toward the cross, fulfilling the words of the high priest: “...it is better for you that one man die for the people than that the whole nation perish.” — John 11:50
As we remember His sacrifice, this service also offers a time to break your fast together in community. Come be renewed in worship, reflection, and fellowship.
Bible Lesson : John 11:47-54
Holy Tuesday
Holy Tuesday Service: 6PM
Join us this Holy Tuesday at 6PM as we reflect on Jesus’ parable of the ten virgins (Matthew 25:1–13), a powerful reminder to stay spiritually awake and prepared for His return. “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.” — Matthew 25:13
In the midst of a busy week, pause to renew your heart and refocus your faith. Break your fast with us after the service as we gather in worship, reflection, and fellowship.
Bible Lesson : Matthew 25:1-13
Holy Wednesday
Holy Wednesday Service: 6PM
Join us this Holy Wednesday at 6PM as we reflect on a moment of deep devotion and sacrifice: a woman anointing Jesus with costly perfume, preparing Him for what was to come (Matthew 26:1–12). “She has done a beautiful thing to me.” — Matthew 26:10
As we draw closer to the cross, come and offer your own heart in worship. Break your fast with us afterward as we share in a time of reflection, gratitude, and community.
Bible Lesson : Matthew 26:1-12
Holy Thursday
Holy Thursday Service: 6PM
Washing of the feet service: 8PM
(Holy Communion to follow)
Join us for a sacred Holy Thursday service as we remember Jesus’ last meal with His disciples before the journey to the cross. During the meal, Jesus took the role of a servant and washed the feet of His disciples, saying, “I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you” (John 13:15). As we reflect on this powerful act, we are invited to follow His example of love, humility, and service to others.
This special evening will begin with the washing of feet, a humbling act of service and love open to all members, followed by the sharing of Holy Communion.
Bible Lesson: Mark 7:14-23
Bible Lesson: John 13: 1-17
Good Friday
Good Friday Services: 9AM, 12PM & 3PM
Join us on Good Friday for a solemn day of worship, reflection, and remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. Our observances will begin with services at 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, leading up to the High Mass at 3:00 PM, the hour our Lord gave His life.
Throughout the day, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the church will be open for guided meditations, discussions, and reflections on the Stations of the Cross, offering space to journey deeply into the meaning of the Passion.
Come and be part of this sacred time as we honor the depth of God’s love and prepare our hearts for the hope of Resurrection.
Bible Lesson (9AM): John 19: 1-13
Bible Lesson (12PM): John 19: 14-22
Bible Lesson (3PM): Luke 23:44-49
Holy Saturday
Holy Wednesday Service: 6PM
Join us this Holy Saturday at 6PM as we enter the stillness of the tomb and reflect on the waiting, the watching, and the silence of a world holding its breath (Matthew 27:62–66). “So they went and made the tomb secure by putting a seal on the stone and posting the guard.” Matthew 27:66
In this sacred pause before the dawn of resurrection, gather with us for worship and quiet hope. Stay after the service to break your fast and share in a meal of anticipation and faith.
Bible Lesson : Matthew 27:62-66
Resurrection Sunday
He is Risen! Celebrate the joy and victory of the Resurrection with us this Sunday at 10:00 AM. Join the Celestial Church of Christ Elephant and Castle family as we gather in worship, thanksgiving, and praise for our risen Lord.
This is the heart of our faith—a celebration of new life, hope, and the power of Christ’s resurrection. As the Apostle Paul reminds us, “Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).
All are welcome to come and experience the joy of Easter morning together.
Let us rejoice and be glad in it!
